Mileage Reimbursement Rate Changes Effective Jan. 1, 2011

Please note recent mileage reimbursement rate when preparing or revising budgets.  Effective Jan. 1, 2011: The university mileage reimbursement rate follows the U.S. General Services Administration, per Board of Regent policy, and has recently increased from 50 cents to 51 cents for travel occurring on and after Jan. 1, 2011. The reimbursement rate for driving a personal vehicle when a motor pool vehicle is available has decreased from $.285 to 19 cents per mile.
