Academic Advising is a service designed to help you reach your academic and career goals. Advisers answer questions related to:

It is important to meet with your adviser early in your first semester and continue to develop an ongoing relationship. Your adviser can help you maximize your educational experiences at UNI. Non-traditional students may wish to use both their major adviser and the non-traditional student adviser in Advising and Career Services.

Find out the name and location of your adviser by calling the departmental office or Advising and Career Services, 273-6857.

Remember to schedule an appointment with your adviser in early November and April to plan your course selection for spring and fall semester preregistration periods.
