UNI hosts supply chain forum

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The University of Northern Iowa will hold the UNIBusiness-John Deere Supply Chain Forum from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 26, in the UNI Commons. The event is free and open to the public, but is limited to 150 attendees.

Throughout the forum, there will be speakers, a panel and a presentation by UNI's Supply Chain Management Association Operation Stimulus Competition Team. 

The keynote speaker for the forum is J. Scot Sharland, the executive director of the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG). Sharland joined AIAG in 2005 and is leading the group's collaborate industry initiatives to mitigate risk, manage uncertainty, and reduce cost and complexity from the supply chain.
