Officer Installation – Minutes
Tuesday, September 3, 2002
Present: Paula Padavich (presiding), Joe Alemao, Lloyd Berry,
Donna Brown, Carol Cooper, Dave Greene Carlin Hageman,
Cliff Highnam, Linda Janssen, Tom Keel, Rick Koch, Chris Neuhaus,
Bill Robinson, Bob Robinson, Ed Smith and Jessica Williams.
1. The 2002/2003 Officers for the Cedar Valley Sertoma Club were installed (with photo-ops
courtesy of Jessica Williams).
Officers include:

2. Decisions must be made concerning our upcoming pancake breakfast
....!!!! Carlin Hageman & The Pancake Committee will soon come up with a time
and location.
3. Bob McGill turns 80 on September 7 ... Happy birthday Bob!!!
4. The Auditing Committee will soon be auditing.
5. Darren Winkowitsch will be leaving the club. Linda has
volunteered to serve as 3rd Vice President in his stead. Thank You Linda!
6. Cedar Valley Sertoma Club Executive Board Fish Dinner Ahead!
Featuring the fine cuisine of chef Bob "catfish" Robinson and a heaping helping
of bylaw revisions. Y'all Board-folk be sure to drop by - September 12 @ 5:15 @
Donna Brown's.
7. Donna moved that we put flags out for Sept 11, Cliff/Carlin provided 2nds -
motion passed. See your flag captain (Lloyd Berry, Carlin Hageman, Bob
Robinson) for details.
8. Programs for next year will be provided by following folks on the following
