Board Meeting-Minutes
October 7, 2004

Present: Lloyd Berry, Carlin Hageman, Chris Neuhaus, Bob Robinson, and Jessica Williams.

September minutes were approved with Lloyd motioned 1st and Carlin 2nd.

Treasurer’s Report- Motion to approve; Carlin 1st and Bob 2nd

   General Account: $2,007.95

   Sponsorship Account: $1,727.74


Pancake Business: Carlin and Jessica will meet on Saturday, October 23 to decide on set-up. Ads and signage were also discussed. Carlin will contact Hansen’s Dairy to see if they will give Sertoma a reduced cost on dairy products. It was also noted that we need to order sausages from Fareway early. Bob will be contacting people to help go through the supplies in Donna’s garage.

Jessica motioned to no longer have an essay contest, but to continue with the Patriotic Solar Cars. Bob 2nd this motion, and the motion carried unanimously.

Flags: Lloyd will be ordering 20 flags.

New Members: Chris will send an email to everyone to bring 5 names of potential new members to our business meeting October, 12th.

Collegiate Club: Chris and Jessica agreed to be co-sponsors; however, the club needs to receive university approval before proceeding.
