1. Cliff Highnam brought the meeting to order.

2. Chris Neuhaus reviewed the minutes from the previous Board Meeting – September 13, 2001 – posted at -http://www.uni.edu/neuhaus/sertoma/minutes/september2001.html

3. Lloyd Berry presented the Treasurer’s report (Sept 13 through October 18, 2001).

4. The Board reviewed the Club budget (distributed at the October 16 Business Meeting). Carlin Hageman moved to accept the Budget and Treasurer’s report and David Greene provided a 2^nd. Motion to accept passed.

5. Carlin Hageman moved to accept Bob McGill’s application for membership and Chris Neuhaus provided a 2^nd. Motion passed.

6. The Board reviewed Articles I & II of the amended Club Bylaws – posted at - http://www.uni.edu/neuhaus/sertoma/bylaws/

7. The Board adjourned to a sumptuous catfish dinner courtesy of our Chef du Jour Bob "fishing pro" Robinson and our gracious hosts Donna and Gary Brown.
