Reviewed and finalized bylaw amendments (http://www.uni.edu/neuhaus/sertoma/bylaws/).

Paula presented the Nominating Committee report.

Chris distributed copies of the Group Exemption Letter (GEN#3134) declaring the Cedar Valley Sertoma Club falls under group tax exempt status [Section 501(c)3].

Chris conveyed concerns about insufficient participants (i.e. insufficient revenue) for the upcoming Golf Outing from Rick Koch and Carlin Hageman.

Donna noted that Flag orders must SOON be made as the first installation date (Memorial Day) is fast approaching.
