The Cedar Valley Sertoma Board of Directors met Thursday, June 13, 2002, at the home of
Donna Brown.
Minutes of the May meeting were approved as read.
Minutes of the April meeting were approved as read.
The Treasurers report was given and approved.
The bylaws which were approved by the Board May 9th, 2002, and distributed to club members
were reaffirmed and approved. The bylaws will now be sent to Sertoma International.
We will be installing more flag pole holders in the near future.
The Pancake Day fundraiser was discussed. We will continue to try to find a new location
for this fundraiser to be held.
Lead conference is coming up in July and hopefully publicity will be targeted to other
clubs.
Lea reported on the information received for sponsoring a bench on the recreation trails,
preferably in Black Hawk Park. It was moved, seconded and approved that we donate the
$250.00 for a bench which will be inscribed Cedar Valley Sertoma Club.
