Board Meeting - Minutes
Tuesday, July 9, 2002

Present: Donna Brown (presiding), Joe Alemao, Lea Andersen, Lloyd Berry,
Dave Greene, Carlin Hageman, Cliff Highnam, Chris Neuhaus, Paula Padavich,
Bill Robinson.

Donna announced the Project L.E.A.D. Conference (Leadership Education and Development) to be held on Saturday, July 27 - 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. at the Gilchrist Building on the campus of the University of Northern Iowa. Registration is $30.

Bill moved and Chris 2nd that the Cedar Valley Sertoma Club pay for half of the registration for each club member attending - motion passed.  Thus - Cedar Valley Sertoma members should give Lloyd Berry $15 and a completed registration form as soon as possible.

Carlin asked for volunteers to help with the L.E.A.D. Conference registration.



Lea moved and Carlin 2nd that the Cedar Valley Sertoma Club accept Jessica Williams application for membership. Jessica's membership was unanimously and vociferously approved. Welcome Jessica!
