Business Meeting-Minutes

Present:
David Greene, Cliff Highnam, Lloyd Berry, Jessica Williams,

Padavich, Bob Robinson, Carlin
Hageman, and Troy Delagardelle.
Treasurers Report-
General Account: $2134.37
Sponsorship Account: $1009.19
Treasurers Report - David Greene motioned to approve with
Bob 2nd.
Deadline - December 1st is the deadline for "Sertoman of the Year"
and
"Service to Mankind" awards. Nominations for these awards must be written
up and sent by this date.
Pancake Update - $500 in tickets have been sold thus far.
First United Methodist - Will be joining us for the pancake
breakfast on Saturday November 6th @ the Broom Factory.
Ticket Proceeds - All proceeds from the sale of pancake tickets are
due
October 30th, One week before the event takes place.
Hours Worked - An E-mail will be sent out soon asking everyone the
number
of hours worked within Sertoma.
Cedar Falls Deaf Club - Carlin has contacted the Cedar Falls Deaf
Club,
in
regards to the joining of our two clubs. They seemed quite interested in
this idea. Sertoma International would be quite intrigued.
