1. Angie Burda announced the upcoming Club Bowling Night would be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 8^th at Valley Park Lanes.

2. Donna Brown announced that donations for disaster relief from Cedar Falls Sertoma Club members now total $920.

3. Carol Cooper moved that the name of the Cedar Falls Sertoma Club be changed to the Cedar Valley Sertoma Club. Carlin Hageman provided a 2^nd. The motion passed.

4. Bob Robinson announced that Steve Balthazor will hook up the grills for the upcoming Pancake Breakfast – Saturday, November 3, 2001 from 6:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. The membership then discussed strategies and logistics for this event.

5. Lloyd Berry distributed copies of the Club budget and the Treasurer’s report. Lloyd asked that the club review its sponsorship commitments. Lloyd noted that the Club will send $100 to the local fire department to be earmarked for disaster relief.

6. Carlin Hageman moved that a portion of the Pancake Breakfast profits go towards disaster relief. Carol Cooper provided a 2^nd. The motion passed.
