Business Meeting – Minutes
Tuesday, May 13, 2003



Present:
   Paula Padavich (presiding), Joe Alemao, Alan Asher, Lloyd Berry, Donna Brown, Carol Cooper,
David Greene, Cliff Highnam, Chris Neuhaus, Bob Robinson, Bill Smart and Jessica Williams..


1. Minutes of the February 18 Business Meeting were reviewed.  Paula moved to accept the minutes, Bob provided a 2nd - minutes accepted.

2. Lloyd presented the Treasurer's Report - as of April 30, 2003:

General Account - $2,418.44

Sponsorship Account - $1,780.75

Alan moved to accept the Treasurer's Report - Jessica provided a 2nd - Treasurer's Report accepted.

3. Cliff announced that Laura Rodgers will soon be moving to Atlanta (Alpharetta) Georgia.  Best wishes Laura!

4. Bob Robinson will be inviting a number of prospective members to upcoming meetings.

5.  Chris led a discussion concerning the possibility of holding one evening meeting per month to attract potential members that are unable to attend during the Tuesday Noon meeting time.  Beginning in July - the Club agreed to make the last Thursday of every month an evening meeting (in place of the preceding Tuesday).  The evening meeting time will be 5:30 p.m. Location to be announced.  Alan Asher, Jessica Williams and Chris Neuhaus agreed to form the Cedar Valley Sertoma ad hoc Committee on Evening Meetings.

Note - the evening survey results are posted below - and will be used to plan Thursday evening meetings.
