Meeting was called to order by President Donna Brown.

It was stated that we have no minutes at this time from the previous meeting.

Donna stated that the club does have 501 (c) 3 status so all flag donations are tax deductible.

The treasurer's report was given by Lloyd, motion made by Carlin, seconded by Lea to approve said report, motion carried.

The report from the nominating committee was read by Donna.

The nominated officers are:

Secretary, Chris Neuhaus

There were no new nominations from the floor.

Carole made a motion that nominations cease and we cast a unanimous ballot, seconded by Bill, vote was unanimous.

Bob attended the convention and his written report was read by Donna.

The club has received a $300.00 donation from USABDA.

Carlin reported on the flag project. At this time 60 flags have assembled and 30 holders have been installed in the ground. We have sold approximately 40 flags to date.

Donna reported on a camp for hearing impaired children and it was suggested that we take some hearing impaired children to visit the camp or perhaps join in with other clubs to support the camp.

A work schedule was passed around for members to sign up for work shifts for Sturgis Falls Celebration food stand.

Our secretary needs hours of service from 3/1/02 through 6/1/02 reported to him so that he can make the necessary report.

The Golf Outing has been postponed until September because of scheduling conflicts.
