Business Meeting-Minutes
Tuesday, March 15th, 2005

Present:  David Greene, Marian Greene, Bill Smart, Lloyd Berry, Jessica Williams, Elisabeth Hageman,
                Carlin Hageman, David Voigts, Ed Smith, Bob Robinson, and Marie Robinson

February minutes were reviewed and unanimously accepted with Carlin making the motion and Bob making a 2nd.

Treasurer’s Report was unanimously approved. It was reported that the ads placed in the newspapers generated enough revenue to pay for themselves.

Flags were discussed and flyer should begin being delivered the beginning of April. There will be an option to donate an additional $5.00 to help send care packages to military personnel stationed in Iraq.

The Regional Convention is being held May 6th and 7th in Aberdeen, SD. Both Carlin and Bob are planning to attend and be delegates. They will be reimbursed for there registration.

David Voigts has decided to become a member. Welcome!
