1. Jessica Williams submitted her application to join the Cedar Valley Sertoma Club! Welcome Jessica!!
2. Lloyd will have a flag hole/anchor digging party on Monday June 24.

4. Paula announced that the Board agreed to put a Cedar Valley Sertoma
sponsored bench on the bike trail near Black Hawk Park.
5. Chris announced that all the paperwork for Sturgis (application,
insurance, health department) is in and that a number of the suppliers have been
contacted. Bob, Chris and Donna did an inventory and we will need to buy most all of
the needed supplies (with the exception of tea bags, walking taco bags, condiment pumps,
spatulas, and the table skirt).
Joe Burum (Watlerloo Tent and Tarp Co.) will supply and put up the tent (and supply the
refrigerator).
Culligan will supply water - if we pick it up.
Appliance and Furniture Rentall will supply the Freezer.
Pepsi will - oddly enough supply the Pepsi - and Diet Pepsi, and Mountain Dew (Ice sold on
site).
Jim Fitkin will (with some persuading from Rick Koch) supply popcorn machine and supplies.
Lloyd will pick up 150 quarters, 150 ones, and 100 fives to use as change during the
event.
Bob will contact Kamyar Enshayan and Steve Balthozor about working at the Sturgis.
Paula will supply two saw horses to support the tables. Bob will pick these up and
check with the Buckwalds about borrowing two-four from them as well.
Bob will look into borrowing/buying pallets for elevating the tables.
Chris will be contacting members in the VERY near future about picking up other items
(buns, meat, mustard, catsup, pickles, salsa, nacho cheese, chips, nacho trays, spoons,
lettuce, onions, taco mix, hot sauce, tomatoes, grated cheese, and jalapeno peppers,
lemonade mix, 16 oz cups, aluminum sandwich wrappers, napkins) for this event.
