Business Meeting – Minutes
Tuesday, January 20, 2004

Present: Chris Neuhaus, Lloyd Berry, David Greene, Ed Smith, Joe Alemao, Carol Cooper, Troy Delagardelle, Jessica Williams, Duane Halbur, Donna Brown, Carlin Hageman, and Paula Padavich

Minutes from the 11-18-2003 meeting were unanimously accepted.

Treasurer Report
General Account: $1,816.56
Sponsorship Account: $1,359.98

Flag Business: Discussed getting groups together with flag captains to approach neighborhoods and push for renewals and new orders. Also, the idea of possible bulk mailing.

Valentine Day Buns: Angie needs drivers for delivering buns. We will be gathering to frost and have a board meeting on February 12th. Work will begin around 4 at the American Legion. The board meeting will meet at 5:30 pm

Collegiate Club: Carlin reported the 35 members had signed up from NSSLHA. Duane and Carlin will meet to discuss the merging of clubs. Lloyd and Donna moved that the Collegiate Club would receive a percentage of the Valentine's Day Cinnamon Roll profits proportional to number of rolls sold by the student clubs. Duane seconded this idea and the club unanimously agreed.

Sturgis Again?: Bob motioned to apply only to Overman Park seconded by Carlin. Motioned approved by Club!

Copy of the audit was passed around for all to admire.
