Present: Ed Smith, Bill Smart, David Greene, Lloyd Berry, Jessica Williams, Donna Brown, Bob Robinson and Troy Delagardelle

Treasurers Report-

     Sponsorship $928.22

     General Account $1739.85

Treasurers Report - Bob Robinson motioned to approve with Bill Smart 2nd.

July Minutes - Motion to except Bob Robinson 1st, David Green 2nd.

Resignation - Ken Belisle has sent a letter of resignation.

Follow-up - Jessica will send Angela Burda an e-mail in regards to a possible temporary break from Sertoma.

Cedar Falls Girls Rec Volleyball: A $300 check will be given to the Cedar Falls Rec club for Womens Volleyball, Donna will deliver.

Sept 11th flags: No flags will be placed out on Sept 11th, no commitment was made previously for us to do so.

Pancake Breakfast Location: Bob Robinson will talk to the Broom Factory staff in regard to having the Pancake breakfast their..

Pocket Knife Advertising: Jessica brought up the possibility of ordering pocket knifes to give to visitors and guest speakers. Their was approval to go ahead and order 50 of them with hopes that we could improve the lettering in the side of the knife, as well as possibly include our website in black ink.
