SERVICE TO MANKIND AWARD: Chosen by the Cedar Valley Club with the objective of recognizing and fostering civic pride and responsibility, the selection of the Service to Mankind recipient occurs annually. Such persons are selected as "outstanding non-Sertoman citizens honored for heroic, civic, or humanitarian service. |
