Lloyd was one of the most active Cedar Valley Sertomans when it came time for fundraisers.  Lloyd regularly shouldered burdens with good natured enthusiasm.  He was very active in the Cedar Valley Sertoma American Flag Fundraiser, keeping track of all accounts, and serving as the only Cedar Valley Sertoman with a "Solo" flag route.  Lloyd was one of just three Valentine's delivery drivers this past February, tirelessly bringing joy (and cinnamon rolls!) for over 12 hours. 

Lloyd's enthusiasm for "what's it" puzzles, for bike rides on the Cedar Valley bike trails to-and-from Sertoma meetings, his cheerful disposition, his positive outlook on life, his many many contributions to the Cedar Valley Community, his strong faith in God, and has sage advice on so many matters will all be fondly remembered.
