NEW COMPLIANCE
HEAD :
Leah Gutknecht has been appointed assistant to the president for Compliance
and Equity Management, effective Sept. 20. She has served as interim
director since July 1, when Winston Burt stepped down. Prior to that,
Gutknecht was the associate director for Compliance and Equity Management,
a position she assumed in June 2000. The Office for Compliance and
Equity Management is located in Gilchrist 115, and staff can be reached
at 3-2846.

PARKING
PERMITS FOR PLS CP LOT (NORTH OF CREEK) :
The Department of Public Safety has begun issuing parking tickets
in
the Price Lab C lot. The lot is now designated CP. The only vehicles
allowed to park in the CP parking lots are those with a CP permit.
Questions can be addressed by the Parking Division of the Department
of Public Safety at 3-2710.
