U-BILLS GOING ELECTRONIC: Beginning in September 2004, u-bills will be delivered electronically through MyUNIverse. Paper bills will no longer be mailed to enrolled students or their parents. Students with a balance will receive an e-bill reminder in their University e-mail account and should review bills through MyUNIverse. EMERGENCY SIREN: The Blackhawk County Emergency Management Agency will conduct a test of the outdoor early warning siren system on Wednesday, May 5 at 11 a.m. The test sound is a steady wail lasting for three minutes. If severe weather conditions are present, the test will be canceled to avoid confusion.
