FLU HAS ARRIVED: Influenza
is now apparent in Cedar Falls and surrounding communities. The
UNI Student Health Center has flu vaccine available. The cost is $12.

GOVERNOR VILSACK RELEASES FY 2004 BUDGET PROPOSAL:
UNI's
Governmental Relations Web site will be updated weekly with legislative
issues affecting the state and the Regents institutions. The focus at
the Capitol this last week has revolved around Governor Vilsack's FY

DOWN TUITION HIKES:
Northern Iowa Student Government (NISG), along with the University of
Iowa and Iowa State University student governments, is sponsoring a
one-day rally against future tuition increases at the state capitol

NUHS CHOIR TELEVISION
PROGRAM: The Northern University High School Concert
Choir (Price Lab) is featured on "Hotline Happenings", a CFU
Channel 15 program, for the next 30 days. The choir and director Linda
Sharp will be performing a solo concert, "Iowa Culture", and
will participate in a festival choir singing Schubert's "Mass in

CONCERT:
Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland will be the special guest of Ja
Rule in a concert at the UNI-Dome Thursday, Feb. 13. Rowland replaces
