Panther Marching Band Feature Twirler

The University of Northern Iowa Panther Marching Band will be holding auditions for the Feature Twirler position. The PMB Feature Twirler performs as a member of the UNI Panther Marching Band.
The Panther Marching Band, the largest student organization on the University of Northern Iowa campus, combines Panther spirit, pride, musicianship, and more than 100 years of tradition to create renowned gridiron excitement. Known for a professional approach to performance, the Panther Marching Band is recognized for its dynamic style, innovative drill, and sensitive musical interpretation. The Panther Marching Band thrills audiences at home football games in the indoor UNI-Dome, as well as during road trips to other university stadiums and exhibitions.
The University of Northern Iowa is proud to offer the Karen-Ewoldt Kruse Memorial Scholarship to the Panther Marching Band Feature Twirler.
If you are interested in auditioning, please forward an application packet that includes a videotape or DVD of at least two of your past performances, as well as a resume of your accomplishments, by March 1st, 2008. Applications should be mailed to the address below. After your packet has been reviewed, I will contact you again should I wish to arrange a live audition. Also, please complete an application for admission to the University, which can be found at http://www.uni.edu/resources/prospective/index.shtml.
