UNI Basketball Band

The UNI Basketball Pep Band generates excitement which fills the UNI-Dome and West Gym at Panther basketball games. This ensemble is an important generator of spirit at men's and women's home basketball games. Select members of this ensemble travel to the post-season Men's Missouri Valley Conference Tournament each season.

The UNI Basketball Pep Band membership is open to all UNI students. Student musicians representing virtually every academic discipline perform a varied and highly energized musical repertoire. Forty pep band scholarships are presented each season by audition. The pep band auditions are held in early November prior to the beginning of basketball season. The UNI Basketball Pep band is spring semester class.
