Piano & Organ Festival

Northern Festival of Bands

The Northern Festival of Bands is an annual honor band festival open to high school band students which typically hosts over 40 schools and over 250 individual students in a weekend long event. This year the festival will be held February 9-11, 2012. The event will feature performances by the UNI Wind Symphony and UNI Symphonic Band on Friday evening as well as Saturday afternoon’s performance featuring solo competition winners, the festival’s percussionist groups, Festival Concert Band and Festival Symphony Band.

The Beta Nu Chapter of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia and the UNI School of Music invite you and your band to the 56th Annual Tallcorn Jazz Festival and 60th Sinfonian Dimensions in Jazz Concerts to be held on February 17 and 18, 2012, on the UNI campus.
