Suggested Repertoire - Strings
The audition should consist of:
- Scales - two or three octaves.
- Any etude of the student's choice.
- Two contrasting short pieces or movements from sonatas or concertos, with piano accompaniment
Consider the following lists as a general guide. Works similar in style to those listed may be substituted.
