- Visit our always changing featured exhibit.
- View our permanent exhibits covering both natural and human history topics.
- See how our earth went from the Pre-Cambrian to Cenozoic Periods, who came with it, and what it's like now.
- Discover different cultures from around the world.
- Get hands-on experience walking in the shoes of individuals from The Netherlands, all the way to New Guinea, and back again.
- Stop in our museum store, open during all University Museum hours, offering unique gifts, souvenirs from around the world, and fun items for kids!

- Explore what life was like in an original 1920's one-room school house.
- Attend our annual Old School House Christmas, occasional summer programming, and ice-cream socials.
Bus tours are welcome. Please call 319-273-2188 to give at least 48 hours of notice whenever possible.
