Slow Food to Fast Food: The Way Iowans Ate
June 8–August 15, 2009 at the University Museum

Imagine a time when breakfast was more than a latte, lunch didn't come from a drive-thru window and dinner was a daily family affair.

UNI Museums’ nostalgic summer exhibit, Slow Food to Fast Food: The Way Iowans Ate, will explore the major transformation in Iowa’s foodways from the 1870s to the 1970s.
