700. AUDIO/VISUAL AND FACILITIES EQUIPMENT
As a service for its users, Maucker Union has a limited variety of audio/visual equipment.
This equipment may be reserved on a first come basis at the Administrative Office.
701. Audio / Visual Equipment
University employees or groups needing audio/visual equipment other than
what Maucker Union can supply may request equipment, delivery, and pick-up through their divisional
office. Pick-up and delivery must be coordinated with the Administrative Office.
701.1 Individuals or groups using audio/visual equipment
are responsible for its condition. (See section # 615 - Damages to Building
701.2 Technical assistance for equipment operation will be charged by the hour.
701.3 Maucker Union audio/visual and facilities equipment shall not be removed
from the facility without the consent of the Business/Operations Manager.
702. Equipment Loans
Maucker Union audio/visual and facilities equipment generally is not loaned out. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by and arranged through the Business/Operations Manager.
703. Disposal of University Equipment
No individual is authorized to sell or dispose of University property without the expressed written authorization of the Office of Business Operations. No University property may be sold directly to an employee of the University.
