Physical Plant Tent Usage Guidelines

TENT SIZE:

May be 40' x 40' or 40' x 60'

SET-UP TIME:

3-4 hours

TEAR-DOWN TIME:

2-3 hours

DAMAGE:

Any damage to the tent or equipment, outside of normal wear, shall be the responsibility of the user group.

RESERVATIONS:

To reserve the UNI tent, complete an Outdoor Event Request Form. The completed form should be submitted at least three (3) weeks prior to the anticipated use of the tent.

COSTS:

$425.00 - Set-up and tear-down on campus location

$500.00 - Setup and tear-down off campus location

$75.00 per day - Usage fee for University of Northern Iowa department and organizations

$175.00 per day - Usage fee for non-university groups
