Campus Event Scheduling

University Food and Beverage Policy for Events on Campus has been approved the by President's Cabinet on July 9, 2012.

If your event on campus is having food or beverages, click here for the University Food and Beverage Policy and the Exception Forms to assist you in planning your event.

Groups requesting space in GBPAC, UNI-Dome, McLeod Center, Wellness and Recreation Center (WRC), Commons Ballroom or Center for Multicultural Education (CME), contact those facilities directly.

Groups requesting space in Maucker Union or Lang Hall Auditorium, contact Maucker Union directly.

Maucker Union Facility Scheduling

Groups requesting space in academic buildings:
- Department or Student Organizations contact the Registrar's/Scheduling Office directly.
- Non-University Groups contact the Maucker Union Administrative Office.

Outdoor Event reservations that have been administered previously through the University Event Coordination Office are now reserved through Maucker Union Administrative Office. Maucker Union staff will assist your group in holding a successful event on the University of Northern Iowa campus.
