The minors offered by the Department of Mathematics have proven attractive to students in computer science, physics and other sciences, business, and secondary and elementary education. The addition of a minor in mathematics to the study of another major can help distinguish you from others with the same major.
The UNI Math Department offers four different Mathematics Minors: General, Teaching, Teaching K-8, and Statistics and Actuarial Science.
