Through certainly no secret, the procedures by which art objects make their way to, and find a home on, campus are not well understood. This course will be an examination of how art is acquired, borrowed by, and loaned from UNI. Also to be discussed will be matters related to the design of publications and didactics, art collection storage, the organization of exhibition spaces, and the curation of objects to create formal and thematic groupings.
