Registration Form

In order to receive Rod Library's extra document delivery services, you must first register with Rod Library as a distance user. To do this, simply complete the following Registration Form and click on the "Send this request" button located at the bottom of the page. You will need to register for distance library services EACH semester (see Overview of Services for information about services and qualifications).

You should register only if your place of residence is outside the greater Cedar Falls/Waterloo metropolitan area. As a reminder, all currently enrolled UNI students are able to access Rod Library's licensed databases from home (see Off Campus Access into Library Resources).
