21 CREDIT HOURS • STARTING FALL 2014 REQUIRED:

 

(9 CREDIT HOURS)

FREN 2001 Intermediate French Language & Culture

FREN 2002 Composition

FREN 3001 Advanced Composition

 

FRENCH ELECTIVES:

(6 TO 9 CREDIT HOURS)

Options include Conversation, Business French, French Literature, Translation, and Special Topics in Language

and Culture, among other courses.

 

ELECTIVES IN OTHER FIELDS:

(3 TO 6 CREDIT HOURS)

Options include Survey of Art History, Cultural Geography, History of Modern France, and History of Philosophy: Renaissance through Enlightenment, among other courses.

 

FRENCH LEARNING COMMUNITY:

Select Lawther Hall or Campbell Hall, indicate you are interested in living in the French Living Learning Community cluster, and immerse yourself in the French language in your learning environment! This is a great way to reinforce your classroom instruction and to meet friends interested in French culture, history, and travel.
