Meet Maddie Grimm, a sophomore Athletic Training major, who is mentoring first-year students in Eric Braley’s First Year Cornerstone course. She chose to become a peer mentor because she wanted to be a role model for first-year students. As a first-year student, she struggled, so she wants to be a resource to current first-year students who may be struggling now. She would tell first-year students to not be afraid to ask for help when they need it!
