ITS Student Computer Center Reservations Policy:

1. Students are a priority and will be displaced as little as possible.

2. For reservations requested during normal SCC operational hours, reservations may be granted when occupancy is anticipated to be significantly diminished as determined by ITS.

3. At the discretion of ITS, reservations will be granted to requesting organizations on a first-come-first-served basis, with first consideration given to UNI affiliated groups.

4. Any reservations deviating for normally scheduled SCC hours will be posted in advance.

5. ITS will share reservation information with the Student Computer Advisory Committee.

6. Any rentals associated with an SCC reservation, will be returned to the SCC accounts.

7. This policy shall be reviewed as deemed necessary by SCAC.
