Microsoft Select Software Agreement
(Campus Departments only)


Information Technology Services signed a campus-wide Microsoft Select Agreement in 2003 that allows university departments to purchase Microsoft products at a lower-cost. ITS has agreed to manage this agreement and maintain the appropriate records. Dell Computer has been awarded the agreement.

 

 

To purchase software under this agreement, please follow these instructions:
  1. Complete an Interdepartmental Requisition with the following information:
    1. The SKU number for the software, the product description, quantity and price.
    2. Include the account number to be charged for the products selected.
    3. For each item purchased, please include the following information about where the software will be installed:
    1. Faculty/Staff member name
    2. Location (building and room #)
    3. Computer Manufacturer and Manufacturer serial #
  2. Send the signed Interdepartmental Requisition to:
    1. ITS, Attn: MicroSoft Select Agreement, campus code 0301
ITS will process all Interdepartmental Requisitions for billing and forward a copy of the requisition to the Technology Support person in your area who will be responsible for installing the software on the designated computer(s).
