Position Description:
Will answer the CCC phone and serve as a receptionist for the Consulting
Center in User Services. Will serve as a resource of information about
ITS services, functions, and personnel. Will work with the public - both
on the phone and in person. Will train with ITS supported software programs
and answer simple questions about the programs. Will electronically record
all phone calls and walk-in visitors.
Duties performed under direct, constant supervision.
Reports to: Consulting Center Coordinator
