Job Description - Consulting Center Consultant (CCC) II


Position Description:
Will answer the CCC phone and serve as a receptionist for the Consulting Center in User Services. Will serve as a resource of information about ITS services, functions, and personnel. Will work with the public - both on the phone and in person. Will train with ITS supported software programs and answer simple questions about the programs. Will electronically record all phone calls and walk-in visitors.

Duties performed under direct, constant supervision.

Reports to: Consulting Center Coordinator

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  2. Excellent communication skills.
  3. Customer Relations experience.
  4. Excellent telephone etiquette.
  5. Able to handle multiple requests at the same time.
  6. Basic PC operation knowledge.
