To reset a forgotten password please stop by the Computer Consulting Center (CCC). The CCC is located in room 036 of the ITT Building and is open Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. You will be required to present a photo ID card, and your Student ID number.
 

If you need additional assistance please contact the Computer Consulting Center (CCC) at (319) 273-5555. The CCC is located in Room 36 ITTC Building (East Gym). Consultants are available to provide hands-on assistance daily Monday through Friday during University Business Hours.
