Email Client Settings Needed for Collaboration Suite Email System

For those Students/Faculty/Staff using email clients the inbound and outbound user names must be changed to what was previously considered the alias associated with the account.

Students must change their outbound information only to add "@uni.edu".

For example:

Inbound user name was Smith and now that needs to be Jane.Smith
Outbound user name was Smith and now that needs to be Jane.Smith@uni.edu

Thunderbird Changes Entourage Changes
Outlook Changes MacMail Changes
 

If you need additional assistance please contact the Computer Consulting Center (CCC) at (319) 273-5555. The CCC is located in Room 36 ITTC Building (East Gym). Consultants are available to provide hands-on assistance daily Monday through Friday during University Business Hours.
