Auto Reply and Vacation Messages

Auto Reply and Vacation messages in Collab are created using one of the web based email clients.

Get into one of the webmail programs (Web Access or Web Mail), Click Here.

If you want to use the WebAccess client, you must be using one of these browsers:
• Internet Explorer 6 (Windows 2000 or XP)
• Mozilla 1.7.3 or later (Windows, Macintosh, Linux)
• Firefox 1.0 or later (Windows, Macintosh, Linux)

If you do not have access to one of these browsers, you will need to use the WebMail client, which will work with older browsers.

***NOTE*** - Set your Auto Reply Mode (WebMail) or Frequency (WebAccess) to only one E-mail reply with each sender to avoid various problems.

If you set your mode or frequency to reply to every message, and one of the people you send an auto reply to also has auto reply setup for every message, both users will continue getting auto reply messages until they are over quota.
