If the consultant cannot assist you, she or he will refer your call to someone with the appropriate expertise, who will contact you to resolve the problem. Indicate if you are Faculty/Staff or Student to submit a question online You may also call 319-273-5555. The CCC Help Desk is located in Room 36 of the ITTC Building and also welcomes walk-in traffic. Consultants are available to provide hands-on assistance Monday through Friday during University business hours.
