Consultant Center Assistance Chat (Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30)

During normal university work days, the CCC Chat is staffed with trained student consultants and permanent employees and is an excellent resource for any inquiries of a computing nature. If the consultant cannot assist you, she or he will refer your call to someone with the appropriate expertise, who will contact you to resolve the problem. You may also call 319-273-5555. The CCC Help Desk is located in Room 36 of the ITTC Building and also welcomes walk-in traffic. Consultants are available to provide hands-on assistance Monday through Friday during University business hours.
