Consultant ChatDuring normal university work days, the Chat service is staffed by trained student consultants and permanent employees and is an excellent resource for any inquiries of a computing nature. If the consultant cannot assist you, she or he will refer your call to someone with the appropriate expertise who will subsequently contact you to assist.
