Self-Service Password Reset

Set up your CatID Reset Questions to be able to reset your CatID password (MyUNIverse and email) anytime! Your Challenge Questions are used to help you gain access to your account in the event you've forgotten your password. To set up your CatID Reset Questions, login to MyUNIverse and find SetUp My CatID Reset Questions under My Account.

If you ever forget your CatID password, you can create a new password immediately by correctly answering three of your seven Challenge Questions, which the university authentication system will randomly display.
