How Long Do Entries Stay In The Calendar Before They Are Purged?

ANSWER:

In order to maintain a manageable size of the UNI Desktop Calendar database, a yearly purge of the events older than 2 years is performed after the end of the fiscal year in July.

Should you have entries that you want to keep in electronic format, the Calendar client has a built-in export function on the File menu. Simply choose Export and select the format and date range that you'd like to export your past appointments in and store them locally on your PC or server.
