Online Voting and Surveys

The university provides a free service for polling students, faculty, and staff and for conducting elections of various types. The program was written in-house and is maintained by the Data Access Team.

The system uses the standard University (CatID) authentication and allows a survey owner to create and manage their own surveys or ballots. An approval process is built in to the system and results are made available immediately following the close of the voting.

If your survey requires an IRB review, you must adhere to the policies of the Office of Sponsored Programs. See "Does My Project Need IRB Review?" for more information.
