e-Business is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Maintenance will be done on weekends as needed. Outages will be communicated at least 3 days in advance via MyUniverse and UNIOnline.
7:00am - 10:00pm Monday - Friday (weekends are typically available, but ITS reserves the right to schedule maintenance. Please email ITS-DBA@uni.edu  at least 2 days in advance if you need weekend access)

Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM–9:00 PM, 12:00 Midnight–6:30 AM
Weekends: 2:00 AM Saturday–6:30 AM Monday
View-only access is generally available M-F from approximately 6:30 pm until 6:30 am with a (roughly) 1-hour window unavailable due to backups. The timing of that window can vary considerably from one night to the next, but is only rarely earlier than 10:00 pm or later than 2:00 am.
NOTE: These systems are supported during the hours listed, but during non core business hours (before 7am and after 5pm), it may take much more time to resolve issues due to staff availability. Should you notice an outage or issue, please contact the help desk at 273-5555.
