1. Data Fixes
   1. When database fixes are submitted, any changes(updates, deletes) to a table, must have select statements that lists out the full row(s) that are to be changed, prior to the update or delete statement(s). This will allow information to be recovered by having a hard copy list of what the information was in the row(s) even after changes are committed.
2. Database Links
   1. Database links (db links) will no longer be automatically created after database clones. Db links will be created and requests given to Chris Triplitt for creation. If the test db links are requested to point to a production instance, other than read only access, PRIOR approval will need to be granted by Kevan Forest, before the db link will be created. This will allow better control of cross database access. This will provide better monitoring of what processes are accessing our production databases and how they are accessing the production databases.
